This project on identifying critical technologies jointly sponsored by TechNet--The Scienceand Technology Network of the World Bank and the Science and TechnologyPolicy Institute at RAND. Support and moderation of the TechNet Think Tanksare provided by the Volunteers in TechnicalAssistance (VITA).

This worldwide discussion features participants from the National Science and Technology Development Agency(NSTDA) Thailand, Fraunhofer(Germany), NISTEP (Japan) andthe UK Foresight Programme.
