RAND Europe Staff Biographies

Tom Ling leads RAND Europe's research in Evaluation & Audit, and Health. He has a background in policy analysis and evaluation based on research and consultancy and experience of leading complex projects in and around the public sector. His recent work includes work on assessing public policy for pharmacogenetics and genetic testing, the governance of health research, and diversity in public services.
