RAND Europe Staff Biographies
Ruth Levitt has a background in social science, pure science and the arts and holds a Ph.D. and an MBA. Her research and consultancy interests include policy analysis, strategy and evaluation, and the nature and uses of evidence for policy, practice and delivery. She works across central government and parliamentary bodies, other national public sector organisations and with the private sector.
