Background

Constantijn van Oranje-Nassau is Head of the Information Policy & Economics team, based in Brussels. Constantijn has a Masters Degree in law from Leiden University and an MBA from INSEAD at Fontainebleau. Prior to joining RAND Europe he worked at the European Commission in the cabinet of the commissioner for foreign affairs and as a management consultant in the operations practice at Booz Allen Hamilton in London.
