Recent Work
McNaugher is a professorial lecturer at Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. From November 2001 through April 2007, he served as vice president and director of the RAND Arroyo Center, the Army's federally funded research and development center.
