*The length of missing values changed between the early release and the final release of 2002 data. For example, HH025=9999998 may have meant don't know (DK) in the early release, but HH025=99998 is DK in the final release.We have a version of the final 2002 data where missing values are set back to the early release ones which can be provided on request RANDHRSHelp@rand.org.

***The combined income and wealth dataset (incwlth06) is described in its codebook . These income and wealth imputations are the same as those distributed on the HRS web site for 2006. Separate income and wealth datasets are also available. All the information stored in the separate income and wealth datasets is contained in the combined dataset.
