Greg Ridgeway, Director

Greg Ridgeway is the Acting Director of RAND's Safety & Justice Research Program and a Senior Statistician.

Dr. Ridgeway's areas of expertise include policing, race issues in policing, drug policy and drug treatment evaluation, gun policy.

Dr. Ridgeway received his Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Washington, Seattle.

Jeremy M. Wilson, Associate Director

Jeremy M. Wilson is a Behavioral Scientist at the RAND Corporation. He also holds the Willett Chair in Public Safety in the Center for Public Safety at Northwestern University and is a certified trainer in the Center's Police Executive Management Program. He also is an Adjunct Professor in the Heinz School of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University.

Dr. Wilson's areas of expertise include community- and problem-oriented policing, police administration, violence prevention, program evaluation, internal security, and the reconstruction of democratic police and justice systems. He has collaborated on studies with police organizations and task forces throughout the United States.
