Biography Summary
Lisa Bernard is a research editor at RAND. She was a freelance writer, editor, and designer before coming to RAND in 2005 and had contracts for such clients as the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, McGraw-Hill, and Capital One. She now serves as unit editor for RAND Infrastructure, Safety, and Environment and RAND Institute for Civil Justice. She received her JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and MAEd and BA from the College of William and Mary.
