RAND Coordinating Center
RAND's Pittsburgh Office serves as the Coordinating Center for the program, providing intellectual leadership, administrative coordination, and technical assistance for the program and grantees. Providing technical assistance means ensuring that grantees get the information and advice they need to overcome barriers to succeeding with their development.
