RECENT PROJECTS

Forecasting Russia’s economic growth and military spending, evaluating barriers to trade and investment in Ukraine, assessing the experiences with post-conflict nation building; estimating and projecting China’s military spending; labor market reform in Qatar, assessing lessons learned from post-conflict operations in Iraq, evaluating economic prospects in the Middle East. In the fall of 2003, worked for the Coalition Provision Authority in Iraq as an advisor on economic policy.
