RAND in the Community
Santa Monica Headquarters Campus
In November of 2004, the RAND Corporation officially occupied its new headquarters facility in Santa Monica, California. After years of planning, the new facility is fully operational. Along with an adjacent building, the facility comprises the RAND Santa Monica headquarters campus and marks a significant milestone for RAND.
RAND was awarded the U.S. Green Building Council's Gold Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for the environmentally responsible design of the headquarters campus, along with the Los Angeles Architectural Award for corporate headquarters design.
